Set bold, italic, font type etc on the textbox(multiple)?

I have problem to find the code to bold, italic, get the font type or set the size of font on the texbox. i develop forum site. when user want to send message, they need to fulfill the title and content. what i want to do same like in hotmail.com (the flexible textbox when to submit message).
